Thursday, July 25: Indie Rock

Mid-summer, we heat heats things with elements of hip hop and indie rock from Forest Day. “There’s a lot of hip hop and rock with jazz and reggae. It all pokes its head out in different ways at different times.” the band’s songwriter and lead-man, Day told Music Insider Magazine.

Based out of Oakland, CA, Forrest Day has been performing around the country for almost a decade. It’s a true rags to riches story, but without any money. He’s got a new album in the works, new singles our and big festivals getting booked this year. We’re honored and excited to welcome him back to the Live at Lakeview stage!

What’s sure to be an epic day of live performances begins with the dynamic sounds of VTA – Vincenzo Thomas Amato at 4:30 pm.
