Becoming a Live at Lakeview Vendor is as simple as 1, 2, 3!

  2. Complete the application linked here and gather required documents
    1. City of South Lake Tahoe Business License
    2. California Seller’s Permit
    3. El Dorado County Health Permit (Food Vendors Only)
    4. Temporary Food Facility Permit (Food Vendors Only)
  3. Send required documents via:

    2. USPS: 981 Tulare Ave. South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150
